At Sirocco Fan, our customers and employees health and safety are our top priorities. This is why we have put in place measures that allow you to shop without worry. We have created guidelines and procedures for our employees to adhere to, as well as guidelines for customers entering our store.
What We Are Doing
We have set up spots in our store and outside to stand, allowing you to shop while maintaining distance from other shoppers and our employees. We have also placed barriers at our cash desk keeping both employees and customers safe.
Regularly during the day, and after every customer we disinfect our store. Any places that have been touched, including products, key pads, and our cash desk will be disinfected after every single customer. The store will be disinfected and cleaned at the beginning and end of each day as well.
We have minimized the products to just 1 of each in our stores. The rest have been safely stocked, allowing our employees to pick items for you that have not been touched by any one else. Any item you are interested in, we will grab a new one for you. This applies to our online orders as well.
Our Store Guidelines
We have created guidelines to enter our store, allowing our customers to feel safe as well as our employees.
We have set up spots in our store and outside to stand, allowing you to shop while maintaining distance from other shoppers and our employees. We expect customers to maintain at least 2 meters between them, unless they are from the same household.
Disinfecting Upon Entry
We have stations set up at the front of our stores, asking customers to disinfect their hands before entering. This will stop the spread of any bacteria or viruses through the malls.
Using Debit or Credit Cards
We have asked our customers to please pay with an alternate to cash. To ensure the safety of our employees and customers we ask that no one pays with cash until further notice.
